LATE SHOWS:
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 30 minutes for you. If your appointment lasts over 30 minutes, we'll still pick you up but we request that you give us a call so we can send our next available driver to pick you up.
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel a trip, we require a 24 hour advance notice prior to your pick-up time in order to issue a refund on pre-paid trips. Trips cancelled within a 24 hour period of time will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

‍‍* Surcharges: For trips with pick-up addresses over 30 miles from office, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for each mile over 30 will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Wait time: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 30 miles from office that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments for passenger transportation and wheelchair transportation will be incurred in addition to other rates.
*** Weekend rates: All base rates increase $50.00 for trips schedules on Saturdays and Sundays.
**** Stretcher users: For bariatric stretcher requirements,  below lists the additional flat fees that are applicable depending on patient weight
250lb - 375lb: $100.00
376lb - 600lb: $200.00
